Every shortage, freight share, and supplier credit you record in Exens - Batch Check stays on the device where you enter it. This page describes what the app stores, what it does not collect, and how you can export or remove your batch records.
Who operates the app
Exens - Batch Check is offered by Alicia Mendonca, based in Brazil. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to ahmed01279480978@gmail.com.
What the app is for
The app helps a small seller reconcile a single purchase batch: invoice lines, shared freight or handling, received and usable quantities, confirmed supplier credits, and the resulting cost per usable unit. Calculations run on your device from the numbers you type. The app does not place orders, process payments, convert currency, or verify supplier statements.
Information stored on your device
When you use the app, it saves the business records you create, such as:
- Batch names, supplier names, purchase dates, and the currency you choose for each batch;
- Product line names, ordered quantities, unit prices, unit weights, and allocation choices;
- Shared freight or handling amounts and how they are split across lines;
- Received and usable counts, shortage and damage results, and confirmed supplier credits;
- Closed-batch versions, archives, comparisons, and text summaries you generate from saved data.
These records are kept in local app storage so they remain available after you close and reopen the app. Normal use does not require an account sign-in.
What we do not collect through the app
Based on how Exens - Batch Check is built for offline reconciliation work:
- The app is not designed to send your batch content to our servers for storage or backup;
- We do not operate user accounts, advertising profiles, or in-app analytics tied to your batches inside this product;
- The app does not ask for location, contacts, photos, or continuous network access to complete its core workflow;
- We do not receive your data automatically—you choose what to enter, export, copy, or delete on the device.
If you email us for support, we receive only what you include in that message (for example, a description of a problem). That correspondence is separate from the batch database on your phone or tablet.
Clipboard use
When you tap an explicit action to copy a batch summary, the app places that summary text on the system clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. Clipboard access happens only after that action, not in the background.
Export and deletion
Integrated data controls let you export locally stored batch records or delete them from the device. Deletion removes those records from app storage on that device; we do not hold a copy to erase on your behalf. Export creates a file you control—sharing that file is your choice.
Children
Exens - Batch Check is a business tool for purchase reconciliation. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Security and your responsibility
Data stays under your device's own protections (passcode, biometrics, backups, or device management policies you use). Because records can include supplier and product details you consider sensitive, protect the device and any exports you create.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Quick summary
Your batch reconciliation data lives on your device, works offline, and can be exported or deleted from the app. We do not run accounts or automatic cloud upload of your batches in this product. Contact ahmed01279480978@gmail.com with privacy questions.
