Closing a batch means trusting the numbers in front of you—invoice lines, freight shares, and what actually arrived. These terms set the rules for using Exens - Batch Check while you perform that work on your own device.
Agreement
By downloading or using Exens - Batch Check, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The operator is Alicia Mendonca (Brazil), reachable at ahmed01279480978@gmail.com.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly allows, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing service derived from its code.
What the app provides
Exens - Batch Check is a manual reconciliation workbench. You enter batch details, preview how shared costs can be allocated, record receipt results, apply confirmed supplier credits within the limits you set, and review calculated cost per usable unit. The app:
- Stores records locally and supports offline use for its core features;
- Performs deterministic arithmetic from your inputs, including allocation rounding rules described in the product;
- Lets you version, archive, copy, compare, and summarize your own closed batches.
What the app does not provide
The app does not:
- Confirm physical goods, supplier invoices, or credit memos;
- Calculate taxes, duties, or exchange rates, or convert between currencies;
- Replace professional accounting, tax, or inventory advice;
- Guarantee regulatory compliance for your business records;
- Connect to suppliers or payment processors on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for decisions you make when closing a batch.
Example content
An optional editable example batch may be loaded only when you choose that action explicitly. It is meant to demonstrate the workflow and does not overwrite your records without your confirmation.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business information you type into the app. You grant us no license to that content beyond what is needed for the app to store and calculate it locally on your device.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also accept that policy.
Updates and availability
We may ship updates that add features, fix calculation edge cases, or change how local data is stored. We may also discontinue the app. Where practical, you can export batch data before removing the app from a device.
Disclaimer
The app and all calculated results are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use calculated costs and summaries at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alicia Mendonca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was provided without charge, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Alicia Mendonca against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your batch content, or your violation of these terms, except where prohibited by law.
Apple
These terms are between you and Alicia Mendonca, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's App Store terms apply to your download and use. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Purchases
Exens - Batch Check is described here without in-app subscription or purchase mechanics. If the App Store listing ever adds paid features, those purchases will be processed by Apple under its payment terms, and any product-specific purchase rules will be stated in the listing or in an updated version of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require a different result. Courts in Brazil may have jurisdiction over disputes where permitted by law.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted in the app or on support materials. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent.
